本专业前身是1958年成立的洛阳工学院电工电子专业教研室,是省内最早、基础实力最强的电子信息类教学单位之一。电子科学与技术是我国二十一世纪重点发展的学科之一,其应用日益广泛。洛阳拥有雄厚的半导体产业基础,在信息领域形成了以单晶硅、电子玻璃和铜材为材料基础,以光电探测器和太阳能光伏系统为核心的光电产业格局。为顺应国家和地区电子及信息技术的飞速发展和人才需要,2004年重组设立电子科学与技术系,目前以半导体技术和集成电路设计技术为专业特色和核心的学科培养体系日趋成熟。

本专业学习集成电路及新型半导体器件的设计、制造及测试的基本理论和方法,主要培养毕业后可以在电子科学及相关的交叉学科领域从事科研开发、工程技术、生产与等工作的高级专门技术人才。经过十余年的发展,学科拥有省级电力电子装置与系统工程实验室和电气电子虚拟仿真实验教学平台,建有校级集成电路仿真与测试专业基础实验平台,电子设计自动化(EDA)、片上系统设计(SOPC)、板级电子加工与测评等专业实验室。在大学生电子设计大赛、挑战杯和智能车大赛等各类竞赛中,多次获得国家和省级奖项。培养了一批理论基础扎实、实践创新能力强的本科毕业生,为国家和地区高新电子产业的发展输送了大量专业技术人才。

The predecessor of this major is the electrician electronic profession teaching and research office of Luoyang institute of technology established in 1958. It is one of the earliest and most powerful basic teaching units in electronic and information technology in Henan province. The electronic science and technology is one of the key professional disciplines, of which the application is increasingly extensive in 21st century. Luoyang has a solid semiconductor industry basis and the photoelectric industrial structure, where monocrystalline silicon, electronic glass and copper is the material basis for development of the information technology, as the photoelectric detector and solar energy photovoltaic power system is the industrial core. With the rapid development of countries and regions of electronics and information technology and talent needs, the department of electronic science and technology is restructured and set up in 2004, at present as the professional features and the core, the subject cultivation system based on semiconductor technology and integrated circuit design technology is becoming mature.

This major learns basic theory and method in the design, manufacture and testing for new semiconductor devices and integrated circuits, mainly trains the senior specialized technical personnel in the areas of electronic science and related disciplines engaged in scientific research and development, engineering, production and administrative management work after student graduation. After more than a decade of major development, the major has a province-level engineering laboratory called “power electronic equipment and system” and an experiment platform of “electrical and electronics virtual simulation”, have university-level professional laboratory such as “basic experiment field integrated circuit simulation and testing platform”, “electronic design automation (EDA)”, “system on a chip (SOPC)”, “design processing and evaluation of PCB electronic system”. It has won many national and provincial awards such as college electronic design competition, the challenge and smart car competition and other kinds of competitions. It has cultivated a number of undergraduates with solid theoretical foundation and strong ability in practice and innovation, and has sent a large number of professional and technical talents serving to the development of advanced electronic industries for our country and local regions.

二、            培养目标

II  Program Objective

本专业按照厚基础、宽口径、重实践、求创新、强素质的人才培养指导思想,努力培养德、智、体全面发展,具有全方位综合素质的应用研究型高级专门人才。毕业生在微电子学和半导体器件,集成电路系统设计、制造与测试技术方面,科学素养良好、基础扎实、善于实践、勇于创新、综合能力强,能在电子科学与技术、计算机科学与技术及相关领域和行政部门从事科学研究、教学、科技开发、产品设计、生产技术或管理工作。

学生毕业后五年左右达到的具体目标如下:

目标1具有系统思维、多学科知识交叉融合的电子电路系统相关工程问题的分析能力;

目标2能有效运用工程技术规范进行复杂电子系统和工程问题的方案设计;

目标3成为所从事领域的技术骨干或管理骨干,具备相应的组织与管理能力;

目标4具有工程伦理道德责任和尊重社会价值的素质;

目标5能通过继续教育或其他学习渠道不断提升个人综合能力,具有一定的国际视野。

According to the training guidance of “Deepening foundation, Widening caliber, Extending practice, Strive innovation, Enhancing quality”, this specialty aims at cultivating research application-oriented high-level specialized talents who have comprehensive quality and develop fully at morality, intelligence and physique. In the fields of microelectronic technology, semiconductor devices, system design of integrated circuits, chip manufacturability and measurement technology, the graduates of this specialty have good , excellent basic theory and knowledge, stronger innovation and practical ability so as to meet the social demands. Then they can undertake clerical works or jobs of scientific research, teaching, scientific development, products design, manufacturing technology or management in fields of electronic science & technology, electronic information engineering, computer science and other related areas.

The specific goals that students will achieve about five years after graduation are as follows:

Objective 1: the ability to analyze the issues of the electronic circuit design and system in engineering with systematic thinking and multidisciplinary knowledge fusion;

Objective 2: can effectively use engineering techniques to develop proposal for complex electronic system design and engineering project;

Objective 3: to be engaged in the field of technical backbone or management backbone, with the corresponding organization and management capabilities;

Objective 4: the quality of engineering ethics, moral responsibility and respect for social values;

Objective 5: through continuous education or other learning channels to continuously enhance the comprehensive ability of individuals, with a certain international perspective.

三、            毕业要求

III  Graduation Requirements

毕业生应系统地掌握电子科学与技术的基础理论和基本知识,能运用所学的半导体物理、微电子学和集成电路的相关知识理论进行科学研究和技术开发,具有较强的自学能力和实际动手能力,具有分析、解决实际工程问题的能力,具有本学科及跨学科应用研究、技术开发和生产组织管理的基本能力。

毕业生应掌握以下几方面的知识和能力:

1.     工程知识:了解集成电路和其它新型半导体器件的理论前沿﹑应用前景和最新发展动态以及电子产业发展状况,能够将数学、物理等自然科学、电子信息技术、工程技术和专业知识用于解决复杂电子系统设计和工程应用问题。

2.问题分析:能够应用数学、物理等自然科学和电子学科的基本原理,识别、表达、并通过文献研究分析复杂工程问题,以获得有效结论。

3.设计/开发解决方案:能够设计针对复杂电子系统和工程问题的解决方案,设计满足特定需求的电子系统、单元(元件)或工艺流程,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。

4.研究: 能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法对复杂电子系统及工程问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析与解释数据、并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。

5.使用现代工具:能够针对复杂电子系统设计问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工程工具和信息技术工具,包括对问题的分析、计算与仿真,并能够理解其局限性。

6.工程与社会:能够基于半导体器件及电子技术相关背景知识进行合理分析,评价现代电子系统及其工程问题解决方案对社会、健康、安全、法律以及文化的影响,并理解应承担的责任。

7.环境与可持续发展:能够理解和评价针对复杂电子系统设计及应用问题的专业工程实践对环境、社会可持续发展的影响。

8.职业规范:具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,能够在电子工程实践中理解并遵守工程职业道德和规范,履行责任。

9.个人与团队:能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色。

10. 沟通:能够就复杂电子工程问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告和设计方案、陈述发言、清晰表达。并具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。

11. 项目管理:理解并掌握电子工程管理原理与经济决策方法,并能在多学科环境中应用。

12. 终身学习:具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力。

Through undergraduate education, students are trained to master knowledge and basic theories of Electronic Science & Technology, can well adopt semiconductor, microelectronics and integrated circuits theory and technology in scientific research and technology development. Meanwhile, strong practical operative ability and self-training ability are also included in the education program. They are able to analyze and solve practical problems. The students are capable of doing basic application technical researches, technology development, producing organization and management. Moreover, their cultural caliber, moral and physical education can be developed overall.

The graduates of this specialty are expected to possess the following knowledge and capabilities:

1. Engineering knowledge: understand the development status and trends of the frontier in the profession of integrated circuits and semiconductor devices; can use mathematics, physics, natural science, electronic information technology, engineering technology, and the professional knowledge of electronics to solve the complex electronic engineering problems.

2. Problem analysis: can apply the basic principles in mathematics, physics, natural sciences and electronic engineering disciplines to recognize, express, and analyze the complex electronic engineering problems through the study and analysis of the literatures to obtain valid conclusions.

3. Design/development solutions: can design the solutions for the complex electronics system and engineering problems, and can design the electronic systems, components and parts, or technological processes to meet specific needs; can reflect the innovation consciousness during the design process, and consider the factors of society, health, safety, laws, cultures and environments, etc.

4. Study: can study complex electronic engineering problems based on scientific principles and the use of scientific methods, which include experimental design, data analysis and interpretation, and can obtain the reasonable and effective conclusions through information integration.

5. Use of modern tools: aim at complex electronic engineering problems, can develop, select and use appropriate technologies, resources, modern engineering tools and information technology tools, which include the calculation and simulation of the complex electronic engineering problems, and can understand their limitations.

6. Engineering and society: can reasonably analyze and evaluate the influences of engineering practices and the solutions to the complex electronic system design and engineering problems in the profession of electronics on society, health, safety, laws, and cultures based on related background knowledge of electronic engineering, and understand their own responsibilities.

7. Environment and sustainable development: can understand and evaluate the influences of professional engineering practices aiming at the complex electronic engineering problems on the sustainable development of the environment and the social.

8. Professional criteria: have humanities and social science literacy, and the sense of social responsibility; can understand and comply with the professional ethics and criteria, and perform their responsibilities during electronic engineering practices.

9. Individuals and teams: can undertake the roles of individuals, team members, and the principals in the teams under the multidisciplinary background.

10. Communication: have the ability to communicate effectively with the industry peers and the social public on complex electronic engineering problems, which include writing reports, designing schemes, statements, and clear expressions; have certain international visions, and can communicate under the cross-cultural background.

11. Project management: understand and master the electronic engineering management principles and economic decision methods, and can apply the principles and methods in multidisciplinary environments.

12. Lifelong learning: have the consciousness of independent learning and lifelong learning, and have the ability to constantly learn and adapt to the development.

备注:能力培养模块面向半导体技术和集成电路专业方向,课程为必修12学分,学生必须选择且修完该模块全部课程;学术和应用选修模块不要求修完某一模块,也可跨学科或专业修读课程,选修课程总和不得少于12学分。科技应用英语和高级专门英语不可同时选修。

Note: The ability training module is oriented towards the students who study in professional courses of semiconductor technology and integrated circuit technology. In ability training module, the courses is required to take 12 compulsory credits, and students must choose and complete all courses of the module. The elective modules with respect to academic and application do not require the entire courses in either module to be selected, it also allows an interdisciplinary selection of other professional courses, but the total credits of elective courses must not be less than 12. Advanced English and applied English for science and technology are not allowed to be simultaneously elective.
